Since 1999, the Redmond Historical Society has been focused on collecting, preserving and sharing the unique history of Redmond, WA. As a volunteer run non-profit organization, they had a difficult time working with an out of date website that was not mobile-responsive and had become overrun with a few decades of content. They hired Bombastic to create the best website design for their vibrant, community focused non-profit.
Bombastic brought their team together and conducted a thorough website requirements mapping process. By clearly identifying what functionality was needed in the new website, and what content would be migrated over, Bombastic was able to streamline the website building process. The resulting website is built on the Wix.com platform, making it easy for the Redmond Historical team to manage on their own.
From automated events management, to simple membership signup, re-organized research archives for the general public plus re-organized administrative content for the Society’s members, custom photo shoots and more: we could not be more proud to give this incredible community non-profit the website it deserves.
